- You must arrive at the meeting point by the indicated check-in time.
- In case of delay, it will not be possible to participate in the visit and neither refund nor change of date will be provided.
- To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to provide, for all participants:
- name;
- surname;
- date of birth;
- passport or identity card number;
- valid mobile number;
- e-mail address.
- It is mandatory to present an original ID during the tour.
- The mobile number provided must be active and able to receive communications during your stay in Italy.
- Caf Tour & Travel's advance booking service allows you to avoid the long entrance lines or the general admission queue.
- During peak periods, despite reservations, museum access may be subject to delays due to security checks, including metal detectors, or the maximum number of visitors allowed inside at one time.
- Any delays due to these circumstances are not attributable to Caf Tour & Travel.
Only water bottles no larger than 0.5 liters are permitted inside the Accademia Gallery . Security personnel are authorized to confiscate prohibited bottled or canned beverages.
Drinking is not permitted inside the museum.

8:45 AM – At the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.
An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with the Caf Tour Gray Line Firenze logo.
From 1 April 2025 : check-in at 08:15 and departure at 08:30.
Visit to the Uffizi Gallery
11:00 am – At the Caf Tour & Travel Store & Welcome Point, Via dei Tavolini 15r, Florence.
Departure from the store at 11:15 am.
From 1 April 2025: check-in at 11:30 am and departure at 12:00 pm.
You must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. If you arrive late, you will not be able to participate in the tour, obtain a refund, or reschedule the tour.
New meeting point for visits to the Uffizi
Starting from Tuesday 20 May 2025 , the meeting point for the guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery will be as follows:
Meeting point : Uffizi Gallery square, in front of the statue of Dante Alighieri, near door no. 1 (entrance reserved for reservation holders).
An assistant, recognizable by his blue clothing with the Caf Tour and Gray Line logos, will be waiting for you on site.
Check-in time : 15 minutes before your booked entry time.
You must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated time. Late arrivals will not allow you to obtain a timed entry ticket or access the museum. Refunds and rescheduling will not be available.
