Important information
- It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time.
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your selected entry time.
- In case of delay, you will not be able to access the museum with a timed entry ticket. In this case, no refund will be provided, nor will it be possible to reschedule your visit.
- To confirm your reservation, the following information is required for all participants:
- Name
- Surname
- Valid mobile number, capable of receiving communications during your stay in Italy
- Email address that can be consulted during your stay in Italy
If even one of the required data is missing, the reservation cannot be considered confirmed.
Audio guide
- To collect the audio guide inside the museum, you must present your original identity card or passport.
- The document will be retained by the staff until the end of the visit and returned when the audio guide is returned.
- In case of loss or failure to return the audio guide, a refund of €250.00 will be required for each device.
*PLEASE NOTE: Official admission to the Accademia Gallery in Florence: Adults (18+) €20.00 | Reduced (EU citizens aged 18-25) €2.00 | Free (children under 18; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket). Additional fees include ticket purchase, agency booking fees, customer service, and the mobile audio guide.
- The pre-booking service allows you to avoid the long queue for general admission.
- However, during peak periods, entry to the museum may be delayed due to:
security checks at the entrance, including metal detectors;
