Important information
- You must arrive at the meeting point by the indicated check-in time.
- In case of delay, it will not be possible to participate in the visit and neither refund nor change of date will be provided.
- To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to provide, for all participants:

- passport or identity card number;
- valid mobile number;
- e-mail address.
- It is mandatory to present an original ID during the tour.
- The mobile number provided must be active and able to receive communications during your stay in Italy.
- Caf Tour & Travel's advance booking service allows you to avoid the long entrance lines or the general admission queue.
- During peak periods, despite reservations, museum access may be subject to delays due to security checks, including metal detectors, or the maximum number of visitors allowed inside at one time.

Check-in at 8:15 am – departure at 8:30 am
At the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, opposite the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.
An assistant will be present at the meeting point and will be wearing blue clothing with the Caf Tour & Gray Line Firenze logos.
From November to March:
Check-in at 8:45 , departure at 9:00.
AFTERNOON

Departure from the store at 3:15 pm.

Tuscan lunch at a traditional restaurant in the historic center.
