Privacy Policy Last Updated: January 2026

While there have been no material changes to the way we handle our users' data, this policy has been updated to make it more concise and easier to understand, as well as to ensure compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which came into force on May 25, 2018.

Pass4Fun respects your privacy and wants to help you understand how we collect, use, and share your data.
In this notice, we will explain our data collection practices and your rights to correct your personal data or limit its use.
This Privacy Policy applies when you use the services offered on our website.

1. What data we collect

We collect the information you enter directly from you when purchasing a product or package.
The data you provide us after purchasing is used to generate the relevant tax invoice or payment receipt.
Your phone number and email address are used following a purchase to send you the download link via SMS and email.
Your email address, if you have consented to the specific delivery request, may be used to send you offers relating to our products and/or packages.
We also automatically collect certain data, such as information about your device and the parts of our website you use or interact with.

2. How we collect data

To collect the aforementioned data, we use tools such as cookies, web beacons, analytics services, and advertising providers. Some of these tools allow you to opt out of data collection.
As detailed in our Cookie Policy, Pass4Fun and service providers acting on its behalf (such as Google Analytics and third-party advertisers) use server log files and automatic data collection tools, such as cookies, tags, scripts, custom links, or browser tags, and web beacons (collectively, "Data Collection Tools") when you access and use the Services. These Data Collection Tools automatically track and collect certain System Data and Usage Data. In some cases, we link the data collected through these Data Collection Tools to other information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use cookies (small files that websites send to your device to uniquely identify your browser or device or to store data in your browser) for various purposes, such as to analyze your use of the Services, personalize your experience, facilitate your access to the Services, and recognize you when you return. We use web beacons (small objects that allow us to measure the actions of visitors and users of the Services) for various purposes, such as to determine whether a page has been visited or whether an email has been opened, or to provide more targeted advertising by excluding some users from certain promotional messages.

Ads may be based on your recent activity or activity over time, including on other websites and services, and may be personalized to your interests.
Depending on the type of advertising service used, they may place cookies or other tracking technologies on your computer, phone, or other device to collect data about your usage and may use these tracking technologies to serve you personalized ads.
If you use mobile apps, you may also receive personalized in-app ads. Apple iOS, Android OS, and Microsoft Windows each provide their own instructions on how to control this type of advertising.
