Burj Khalifa – At The Top

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
• Access is at the time chosen during booking; we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Before accessing the attraction, you must collect your tickets at the official At The Top ticket office located on the LG (Lower Ground) level of the Dubai Mall.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 3 enter free.
• It is not permitted to bring in outside food or drinks.
• Bulky bags, strollers, laptops, tablets, e-cigarettes, and sharp objects must be stored in the designated lockers or at the left luggage office.
• It is forbidden to bring food, sharp objects, laptops, tablets, e-cigarettes, skates or shoes with wheels, and other prohibited objects into the attraction.
• Peak and Non-Peak access times and bands may vary by season.
• The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• GOLD ticket holders include access to level 148, with an indicative stay of approximately 30 minutes before continuing the visit to levels 124 and 125.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, some outdoor areas may be temporarily closed for safety reasons without the right to a refund.

Sky Views Observatory

• Burj Khalifa and Sky Views Observatory are located in two different locations in central Dubai.
• The visit to the Sky Views Observatory must be made on the same day as the visit to the Burj Khalifa.
• The ticket includes access to the observatory and the Glass Walk.
• The Glass Slide and Edge Walk experiences are not included and can be purchased separately on-site.
• To participate in optional activities, you must be between 12 and 65 years of age.
• For optional activities, a weight between 30 and 120 kg and a height between 120 and 200 cm are required.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the required consent.
• It is recommended to wear comfortable and appropriate clothing; baggy clothing, long skirts, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, or loose scarves are not permitted.
• Guests with disabilities, physical limitations, or specific medical conditions are asked to inform attraction staff in advance.
• Participation in activities may not be permitted if you have certain health conditions, including heart problems, back or neck conditions, recent fractures, epilepsy, motion sickness, or pregnancy.
• The average visit duration is approximately 35-60 minutes.
• Sky Views Observatory is accessible via Address Sky View (Tower 1), next to the residents' entrance, and is easily accessible from Dubai Mall and the Dubai Metro.

Please note:

• Access to the Burj Khalifa's outdoor terraces may be restricted on December 31st. Visiting times are generally available from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM on this date.
• Sky Views Observatory will be operating special hours on December 31st, with opening hours ranging from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
• Due to New Year's Eve celebrations, local authorities may impose road closures and restrict access to The Dubai Mall starting at 2:00 PM. It is recommended to check for any updates before your visit.
