- The activity is not accessible to pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with reduced mobility, or those with blood pressure or cardiorespiratory problems.
- Children must be at least 4 years old and taller than 1.20 m to fly in a hot air balloon.
- The maximum weight allowed per participant is 150 kg.

Meet your guide at Citibanamex, located next to the Angel of Independence (Av. Paseo de la Reforma 31, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City). Arrive 10 minutes before your booked time.
Return point
Only for the "Hot Air Balloon Flight + Guided Tours of Teotihuacan and the Basilica of Guadalupe" option, return will be at the same departure point. Alternatively, you can choose to stay at the Basilica of Guadalupe for as long as you like and make your own way back.
