Meet a member of staff at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH to exchange your voucher. The member of staff will be wearing a green uniform with the words 'Vox City' written on it.
If possible, arrive 5 minutes early .
What happens if I am late for the designated meeting point?
If you are unable to reach the meeting point, the operator will only wait for another 10 minutes.

Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 to 17:00
Friday: extended opening until 8.30pm
