The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is around 1 hour and 30 minutes, however you can take your time. Please note that the average visit time may extend accordingly during peak season and sunset times.

For your safety, in case of adverse weather conditions it may be necessary to close the outdoor terrace. Refunds and rain checks are not offered in the event of inclement weather.
Luggage and stroller storage
For the comfort and safety of all guests, visitors are required to deposit shopping bags and strollers in the Luggage Storage located near the At the Top entrance. Your belongings can be collected upon exiting the attraction.
Parking
Parking is available at The Dubai Mall Car Park, Fashion Avenue.

The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible. Disabled service animals are not permitted on the tour.

From Dubai
Take the first exit and proceed along Financial Center Road (formerly Doha Street). The access road to Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.

Take the Financial Center Road (Doha) exit from the first interchange. The access road to Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.
Dubai Metro – Red Line
The Burj Khalifa can be reached via the metro at Burj Khalifa Metro Station.
