Highlights
Set off from Seville for a hike along the Caminito del Rey , following this evocative path suspended 100 metres above the Guadalhorce River.
The Caminito del Rey (King's Way) has been one of the most popular hiking trails in recent years. This spectacular route crosses the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, a massive canyon where the trail juts 100 meters above the Guadalhorce River , in some sections barely one meter wide. Three kilometers long, the route is dizzying and offers spectacular views . Originally, the trail was known for its great danger, becoming one of the most treacherous in Europe. However, in 2014, renovation work began, transforming it into a safe and accessible route for visitors. The tour includes transportation from Seville, a guided tour of the trail, and free time for lunch at a local restaurant where you can enjoy the typical cuisine of the Sierra de Málaga. On Sunday, you will also visit the beautiful town of Osuna, known for its rich historical heritage and cinematic beauty.
