The Park

Cavallino Matto , located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci , is the largest amusement park in Tuscany . It extends over an area of 100,000 m2 completely immersed in the Mediterranean pine forest. The shade of the centuries-old pines accompanies visitors along a path designed to offer fun to all age groups: from the little ones, who can enjoy dedicated attractions (Kids), to teenagers looking for stronger emotions (Family), up to adults who love adrenaline (Adrenaline).

The park currently has 27 attractions and offers 4 shows/events every day, organized during normal opening hours, from 10:30 to 18:30. To complete the offer, 8 refreshment points able to satisfy every palate!

How to reach Cavallino Matto

Address : The Cavallino Matto amusement park is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno, Tuscany.

By car:

• From the North: Take the A12 motorway and exit at Rosignano Marittimo. Continue on the SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto and take the Donoratico exit.
• From the South: Take the A12 motorway and exit at Civitavecchia, continue on the SS1 Aurelia towards Livorno and take the Donoratico exit.

By Train:

• Take a train to Castagneto Carducci-Donoratico station. From the station, the park is a few minutes by taxi or bus.

By Bus:

• There are local buses that connect Marina di Castagneto Carducci with the surrounding towns. Check the timetables and stops with the local transport companies.

Cavallino Matto 2025 Schedule and Calendar

• From April 5th to June 8th 2025: the park will be open on weekends and holidays with opening hours from 10:30 to 18:30.
• From June 11th to September 14th: the park will be open every day, always from 10:30 to 18:30.
• From September 20th to November 2nd: the park will be open again on weekends and holidays, maintaining the opening hours from 10:30 to 18:30.
• The season will conclude on November 2, 2025.
• In 2025 the park will have special opening hours from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
