- To avoid crowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time . Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) may be denied entry. Our staff are easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the ACCORD logo.
- Holders of tickets that guarantee access to any monument in the Piazza Duomo complex are required to deposit any luggage exceeding the permitted dimensions at the Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo 38/r) before the start of the tour. Visitors carrying prohibited items will not be permitted entry. Luggage storage is free and included in the ticket price.
