Tortellini class

We are a Valeggio company present since 1958. It was founded by my grandparents first and then continued by my parents.

Since I returned, I decided to make a change in the format while maintaining tradition and innovating the service offered by offering an all-round tasting of tortellini.
I therefore propose tasting up to 5 types of tortellini, all produced by hand as in the past and with organic flours.
In my restaurant for my and your pleasure, I organize tortellini class sessions, actively involving you in the production of tortellini, letting you put your "hands in the dough".
You will have the opportunity to make "your own tortellini" and learn how to puff the dough and prepare the filling. At the end of the production phase we will let you taste your and our production. With us you can enjoy the 5-way tour, that is, a tasting of five types of tortellini; first of all the traditional one with meat and followed by the others with different fillings, flavors and colors that change depending on the season.
A dessert to sweeten the palate, and a coffee to end on a high note.
