- The Torre del Oro is located on the bank of the Guadalquivir River. The reflection of the sun in the tower makes it look golden, like its name.
- Choose the time you prefer (from 11:00 to 23:00) and go with your voucher directly to the Estación Marítima Torre del Oro, at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
- Print your voucher and give it to your guide. Electronic voucher not accepted.
- Show up at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
- The Guadalquivir cruise operates every day from 11:00 to 23:00.
- Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before departure a 40% penalty applies. In case of cancellation 48 hours before departure or in case of no-show, a 100% penalty will apply.
