Disney Park Reservations
Arrivals through January 8, 2024: Both a valid Disney Magic ticket AND a date-specific theme park reservation are required to enter a Disney Park. Booking Disney park days is easy: once you receive your Disney tickets, simply link them to My Disney Experience and use the Disney Park Pass tool to plan and book the first Disney park you want to visit each day. Disney theme park reservations are subject to availability.
Arrivals January 9, 2024: Disney Park reservations are no longer required for guests with a valid Disney ticket. Visit the Disney Park of your choice each day and then use the integrated Park Hopping benefit from 2pm if you wish to visit other Disney Parks in the afternoon, subject to park capacity.

- Please note that once you have paid for your reservation in full, it is not possible to change the number of tickets in your reservation. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, the start date of your Disney ticket, or the name of the lead passenger on your reservation, all tickets on your reservation will need to be canceled and rebooked with a new Disney confirmation number and a new booking reference. We will not charge a change fee, but new prices may apply to your booking.
- Changing reservations will also cancel all linked Disney Theme Park reservations, unless they are linked to the new Disney Confirmation reference within 24 hours and these will need to be rebooked, based on the latest Disney Park availability.

- The Disney and Universal Combo Ticket is a combo package containing the 14-day Disney Magic Ticket and the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket.
- Orders will be processed with 2 separate digital tickets uploaded to your customer account immediately after full payment.
- The 14-day Disney Magic Ticket is valid for a period of 18 days from the date selected at time of booking. You can start using your Disney Magic ticket at any time within the ticket's validity period, but the ticket will fully expire after 18 days, regardless of how many times it has been used.
- Once you receive your ticket confirmation, create Disney MagicMobile passes ready for entry by linking your 14-day Disney Magic ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively, bring your Disney Magic ticket confirmation to any ticket booth located at the entrance to each Disney Park to redeem your printed physical tickets.
- Disney 'Park Hopping' is available daily from 2pm, subject to park capacity limits.

Disney Theme Park reservations are subject to availability.
- Arrivals from 9 January 2024: Disney Park Reservations are no longer required for guests with a valid Disney Ticket. Visit the Disney Park of your choice each day and then use the built-in Park Hopping benefit from 2.00pm if you wish to visit additional Disney Parks in the afternoon, subject to park capacity.
Park reservations are not required for the Universal parks, which can be entered at any time for the duration of your ticket.

Please note, once tickets have been sent, it is not possible amend the quantity of tickets in a booking. If you need to change the number of guests in a party, the Disney Ticket start date or the lead passenger name on a booking, all Disney Magic Tickets on the booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked with a new Disney Confirmation Number and Booking reference. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.
Amending bookings will also cancel any linked Disney Theme Park reservations unless they are linked to your new Disney Confirmation reference within 24 hours and these will need to be re-booked, subject to the latest Disney Park availability.
