Tickets are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children aged 12 years and over require an adult ticket.
For children aged 2 to 11 years, a valid child ticket is required. Children 11 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult to enter the performance arena and attend performances.
Infants under the age of two enter for free and must be seated in the same seat as the accompanying paying adult.

Dubai Dolphinarium security/cashier staff reserve the right to request identification of your child for age verification purposes
The Dubai Dolphinarium show ticket does not include the Creek Park entry fee of AED 5.0 per person. This fee must be paid by ticket holders directly in cash at the park entrance.
All regular seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No seats are assigned regardless of the section selected during booking.
VIP ticket holders may select seat numbers based on availability and are required to follow assigned seat numbers.

Guests are required to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the show.
Guests who have purchased vouchers from our ticketing partners must bring the original/digital copy of the voucher to claim entrance tickets.
