What is there to know?

The ticket allows only one entry.
The ticket can be used on any opening day until the last day of the current season, regardless of the date indicated on the ticket. No additional validation is required.
The last day of the season will be communicated by the attraction closer to the seasonal closure.
Entry is via automatic e-gates: simply scan the QR code on the voucher.
Children aged 0 to 3 enter free of charge.
To verify the age of children up to 12 years old: tourists must present a valid passport;
UAE residents must present a valid Emirates ID.
It is recommended that you keep the voucher with the QR code easily accessible on your mobile device for easier entry.
Professional cameras and drones are not permitted inside the garden.
Any professional photo shoots or filming, including weddings, engagements, fashion shoots, television commercials, and other organized shoots, require prior authorization from management.

Every day: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
It is necessary to respect the opening and closing times of the attraction.
Opening hours may be subject to change.
In case of adverse weather conditions, the garden may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. No refunds will be given in the event of closure due to inclement weather.

Waste must be thrown in the appropriate containers.
Sitting is permitted only in specially designated areas.
During the visit, it is necessary to follow the instructions of the security staff.
Management reserves the right to remove visitors who behave inappropriately or who may damage the park's flowers, structures, or other facilities.
Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or failure to comply with the attraction rules.
