Please note: The return ticket is valid for up to 48 hours, allowing you to return at your leisure within this period.
Important information
- This is not your final ticket. Your valid boarding ticket will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
- There are two boarding points available, depending on the option selected:
- Ultramar Playa Tortugas (Blvd. Kukulcán km 6.5, Zona Hotelera, Cancún, Quintana Roo).
- Ultramar Playa Caracol (Blvd. Kukulcán km 9.5, Zona Hotelera, Cancún, Quintana Roo).
- You must arrive at the port of departure at least 30 minutes before your selected time.
- Departures from Playa Tortugas: every hour and a half, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Departures from Playa Caracol: every 30 minutes, from 9:15 am to 6:15 pm.
- Crossing time: Approximately 45 minutes from Playa Tortugas.
- About 30 minutes from Playa Caracol.
- The ticket is valid only for the selected route and departure date. The return trip to Cancun can be made within 48 hours of the departure time.
- Pets and bicycles are allowed on board.
- You are allowed to bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg, with maximum dimensions of 45 × 70 × 27 cm .
