What is there to know?

The Early Bird Special Offer – Season 31 is valid for visits made on any day from October 14 to November 27, 2026 .
The stunt show is currently suspended until further notice.
Children under 3 and seniors over 65 are admitted free. To obtain free admission, please request a ticket at the ticket office at the entrance.
Food, souvenirs, shopping, and attractions within Global Village are available for a fee.
If you have any issues scanning your ticket at the entrance or encounter any similar difficulties, please contact the Guest Care Center for assistance.
Pets and other animals are not allowed inside Global Village.
It is not permitted to bring in outside food or drinks.
In case of adverse weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. No refunds will be given in the event of closure due to inclement weather.

Openings

Validity: The ticket is valid for one visit on any day from October 14 to November 27, 2026.
Sunday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
From Thursday to Saturday and on public holidays: from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Last admission: 30 minutes before park closing time.
Tuesday: Entrance is reserved for women, couples, and families, except on Tuesdays that fall on official holidays.
Hours are subject to change without notice. It's recommended to check the attraction's official website for updated hours.

Go directly to the main entrance and present your ticket for scanning.
If you have any problems validating your ticket, please contact the Guest Care Center at the entrance.

Cancellation policies

The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled .
The ticket can be used on any day until November 27, 2026, within the validity period provided for by the Early Bird offer.

Safety regulations

For safety reasons, children must wear the identification bracelet provided at the ticket offices or information kiosks.
Skates, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles, or other wheeled devices are not permitted.
Appropriate and respectful attire is required. Guests must wear clothing that covers the torso, including the shoulders, and the legs, including the knees.
During your visit, you must follow all safety instructions and directions provided by Global Village staff.
