- Passengers arriving at Puerta Maya Pier and International Pier: Please go to the 7-Eleven, located next to the gas station across from Puerta Maya Pier.
- Passengers arriving at Punta Langosta Pier : go to the Mega supermarket.
- Passengers arriving at Fiscal Pier : Please go to the Monument of Swallows.
Please note : You must provide your cruise details in advance, indicating the ship you will be arriving on in Cozumel. The tour provider will confirm the pickup point and time before the ship arrives. Important: It is the customer's responsibility to arrive promptly for the return trip to the ship. The organizer will not be responsible for missed boarding.
