Dive into two rich cultural highlights from the mighty Austrian Empire

Why you should buy your ticket on Pass4Fun.

Highlights

Travel back to the heyday of the Austrian Empire with skip-the-line tickets to the magnificent Kunsthistorisches Museum and Imperial Treasury. Explore the Habsburg Emperor's art museum, featuring masterpieces such as Bruegel's Tower of Babel, then continue to the Hofburg Palace to see the imperial collection of jewels, gems and weapons.

With works dating back to ancient Egypt and masterpieces by the likes of Caravaggio, Raphael, Vermeer, Titian, Rembrandt and Rubens, the Kunsthistorisches Museum puts other royal collections to shame.

The building itself is a true work of art, with marble floors, gigantic frescoes and a 60-metre dome that ensures that works of art of this calibre have a setting that is no less worthy.

The Imperial Treasury is housed in the oldest wings of the Hofburg. In these halls you will find 21 rooms filled with jewels, gems, weapons and other symbols of imperial power.

The undeniable highlight is the Crown of the Holy Roman Empire, and the optional audio guide will help you put this luminous treasure into its proper historical context.
