What is there to know?

MANDATORY Exchange the ticket received online for a physical Lisboa Card at redemption points
Note: The office is closed on December 25th and January 1st.

* Show your Lisboa Card at the Ask Me Lisboa office near the Belém Tower from 10am to 6pm (Tuesday to Sunday). Follow the Lisboa Card queue
* If you choose the Guide, collect it at the PRAÇA DO COMÉRCIO or the LISBOA STORY CENTER (open from 10am to 6pm).
*Children under 4 years old enter free, without a ticket
* The Lisboa Card is activated upon first use
