Terms of Use

Lismarketing will replace your Lisboa Card in the event of malfunction. However, it is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by improper use.
You must exchange your online voucher for a physical Lisboa Card at one of the designated collection points. Follow the Lisboa Card queue.
The voucher can be redeemed up to 28 days after the date selected at the time of purchase.
Ask Me Lisboa offices are closed on December 25th and January 1st.
If you have purchased a guidebook, you can collect it exclusively at the Lisboa Story Centre (Praça do Comércio 78, 1100-148), open from 10:00 to 18:00.

Additional notes

The main monuments and museums are closed on Mondays.
National museums and monuments are closed on national holidays, December 25 and January 1.
Children aged 13 to 15 require a ticket to visit São Jorge Castle.
The card is activated upon first use, not on the date of purchase. When booking, select the date you plan to collect it.

How to book a visit to the Jerónimos Monastery or Belém Tower with the Lisboa Card

Visit the MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS website.
Select the desired monument and choose the "Lisboa Card" option. For example , "Torre de Belém - Lisboa Card"
Select the date and time of your visit.
At checkout, choose the “Lisboa Card Discount” option and enter your card number.
At the entrance, present and have your Lisboa Card scanned.

The Ask Me Lisboa tourist offices (information and Lisboa Card collection points) have specific opening hours depending on the location:

The main offices in Lisbon are open during the following hours:

Lisbon Airport (Arrivals): Daily from 07:00 to 21:30.
Cais do Sodré: Every day from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
Lisboa Story Centre: Every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço): Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (closed Sunday and Monday).
