Disabled guests must purchase a standard ticket and will be entitled to a free assistant ticket. The free ticket for the companion must be requested upon arrival at the attraction upon presentation of a disability document. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, except for the Spirit of London taxi ride. For health and safety reasons, Madame Tussauds can only allow 3 wheelchair users into the building at a time. Once you have booked your standard ticket, we recommend pre-booking your wheelchair slot by calling 0871 894 3000 (please quote your order reference). Unfortunately it is not possible to bring scooters into the attraction.
- Children up to 3 years old are free, but must still book a ticket. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.
