Guests arriving early/late will not be permitted entry to the museum.
The museum is open from 09.30 to 21.00. Last entry is at 7pm.
The closest tube station is Emirates Towers and is a six-minute walk via a connected bridge.
Entrance tickets to the Museum of the Future are free for disabled people. Disabled people, upon arrival at the Museum, will also be able to request a second free entrance ticket for a companion. Please contact the customer service desk upon arrival.
The customer support team may require proof of eligibility, so please have your documentation or ID ready.
The MOTF provides wheelchair benches in the lobby, and if you require a wheelchair while on any of the exhibit floors, please speak to floor staff for assistance. Our wheelchairs are subject to availability and free of charge. All facilities are accessible to wheelchair users.
