What is there to know?
Do I need to book my visit to Caribe Bay?
No, it's not necessary to book your visit. However, it's recommended to purchase your ticket online.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, however, there are many dining options within Caribe Bay offering a wide variety of menus. Always new specialties and flavors to suit everyone's tastes and desires.
Can you temporarily leave the park?
Yes, to temporarily leave Caribe Bay and re-enter the same day, you must return the bracelet at the exit ticket office and pay the full amount. You will be given a temporary bracelet that will allow you to re-enter. Temporary exit is only permitted between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
If I buy the ticket online, can I enter Caribe Bay directly?
No, you still need to go to the ticket office to get your electronic bracelet. However, there are special lines for those who purchased online.
What to do in case of bad weather?
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable for any reason (74 Presidential Decree no. 633/72). In the event of Caribe Bay closure due to inclement weather or any other force majeure event, tickets and any other expenses incurred will not be refunded.
Openings
Caribe Bay will be open every day of the week from May 30th to September 13th 2026.
From 10:00 to 18:00.
Ticket offices close at 3:45 PM. After this time, access to the park will no longer be possible.
