Why you should buy your ticket on Pass4Fun.
Highlights
Explore the Italian Renaissance with a ticket to the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, the oldest public art gallery in the world. Considered Milan's answer to the Louvre, this extraordinary collection houses true masterpieces by da Vinci, Botticelli, Raphael, Caravaggio and many more, making it a must-see destination for art and history lovers.
Leonardo da Vinci left the world only 15 paintings attributed with certainty, and one of them is located right at the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana: admire the famous brushstrokes of the Italian master in his "Portrait of a Musician".
The real jewel of the museum is undoubtedly Da Vinci's Atlantic Codex . This extraordinary collection of 1119 original pages contains sketches and notes on engineering, hydraulics, optics, anatomy, architecture, geometry and astronomy, representing the diary of a genius and one of the most precious treasures in history.
Among the works that will leave you breathless are also a preparatory study for the famous "School of Athens" by Raphael, the refined "Madonna del Padiglione" by Botticelli, the intense "Adoration of the Magi" by Titian and the baroque "Basket of Fruit" by Caravaggio.
