- All drivers must have a valid driver's license and be at least 16 years old. Minors may travel as passengers accompanied by an adult.

Transfer service is included from the main cruise terminals in Cozumel. The meeting points are as follows:
- Puerta Maya Pier and International Pier: Go to the 7-Eleven located next to the gas station across from Puerta Maya Pier.
- Punta Langosta Pier: go to the Mega store.
- Fiscal Pier: Go to the Monument of Swallows.
Please note: You must provide your cruise details, including the name of the ship you will be arriving on in Cozumel. The supplier will confirm the meeting point and pickup time prior to arrival.
