What is there to know?

- This tour has a maximum of 30 participants per guide.
- The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to deny entry. Upon entry, visitors' bags, backpacks, luggage, and personal belongings will be checked.
You will visit the towers without a guide. Please note that you will have to descend the stairs inside the Sagrada Familia.
- Children under 6, unaccompanied minors between 7 and 17, people with reduced mobility, and those suffering from vertigo or cardiovascular diseases are not permitted to climb the towers.
- For safety reasons, access to the towers will be closed on rainy and windy days.
- The site is a Catholic church; appropriate attire is required for entry: knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Visitors may not enter barefoot or in flip-flops. Sheer clothing, low necklines, and exposed backs or midriffs are not permitted. Hats are not permitted inside the nave or museum, except for religious, health, or religious reasons.
- The supplier reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events taking place in the city or for reasons of force majeure.
The guide will have a single ticket for the entire group, which must enter together. Arriving late at the meeting point will result in the loss of the tour, as the tickets cannot be reused as they will be validated at the entrance to the Sagrada Familia.
- Entrance staff may request a valid ID to verify the age of children (ID card, passport, etc.). Failure to present this document may result in the difference in price corresponding to the adult fare.
Please note that this tour involves extensive walking, stairs, and climbing. It is not recommended for those with limited mobility.

Meeting point
This tour does not include transfers. Please proceed directly to the meeting points according to your booking time:
- 10:00 or 11:00: Gaudí Experience, Calle Larrard 41 (Park Güell).
- 1pm or 2pm: Julià Travel Office, Carrer de Sardenya 311 (Sagrada Familia).
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each part of the tour and check in at the reception.
