What is there to know?
IMPORTANT:
Please be sure to answer all required questions during the booking process.
- This is just a booking voucher.
- You must provide an email address , after which you will receive e-tickets with QR codes and instructions for your visit . Failure to provide an email address or providing an incorrect email address may prevent us from providing the service.
- Customers can enter the park directly using the QR code on the e-tickets received and a valid ID (it is not necessary to print the ticket).
- It is the customers' responsibility to provide accurate information; the supplier or Hotelbeds cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Once you leave the park, you are not permitted to re-enter.
- Please note that the driver is only responsible for pick-up or drop-off during the entire process and will not provide park tickets.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you choose the option without transfer, go directly to the indicated meeting point.
- If you choose the transfer option, confirm the pick-up time and location with the supplier at least 48 hours in advance.
Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes early.

Tokyo DisneySea opening hours may vary slightly from day to day and depending on the season or special events.
- The park generally opens at 9:00 in the morning and closes at 9:00 in the evening.
Tip: Before your visit, check the official website for updated opening hours for the specific day you will be visiting.

Meeting point instructions: Hotel pickup at 7:00 AM and return from the park at 8:00 PM. If you wish to change your pickup time, please email agency@reotrip.com at least 48 hours before the activity.
