Florence Cathedral

• Please note that tickets allow for timed entry, so failure to arrive at the correct time and date may result in denied entry to the monument.
• To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.
• For security reasons, there is a security check at the entrance to the Cathedral.
• Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket line, but please note that you must still go through a mandatory security check to enter the Cathedral. During peak hours, the security line can take 10 to 15 minutes.
• The cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies.
• Our audio guide is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, and Greek. A live expert will also be available to provide additional information and interesting facts in Italian and English.

Useful information before leaving
· For a seamless experience, please have your confirmation voucher ready.
Please observe the appropriate dress code for a place of worship: clothing must cover shoulders and knees. Access is not permitted with bare shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight-fitting dresses, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.
To avoid crowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Access may be denied to anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late. Our staff are easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the "ACCORD" logo.
· Comfortable shoes are recommended.
· Re-entry is not permitted.
