What you need to know before you go
· For a seamless experience, please have your confirmation voucher ready.
To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers, arriving more than 5 minutes early, may be denied entry. Our staff are easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the "ACCORD" logo.
· Comfortable shoes are recommended.
· Reentry is not permitted.

· Please note that tickets allow for limited time entry, so failure to match your entry time with the date and time of your reservation may result in you being denied access to the monument.
To avoid crowds, please arrive on time . Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.
· For security reasons, the Accademia Gallery is subject to security checks at the entrance.
· The ticket allows you to skip the line, but please note that a security check is still required to enter the Accademia Gallery. During peak hours, the security check line may take about 10-15 minutes.
Our audio guide is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian and Greek
· On the first Sunday of every month, the museum observes its usual opening hours and admission is free for everyone.
