The Oltremare Park, a themed and educational park in Riccione , offers an exciting journey into the world of the sea and nature. The heart of the park is the wonderful dolphin lagoon, the largest in Europe: over 9 million litres of salt water! Inside it lives a wonderful group of dolphins, of the Tursiops Truncatus species. Through two moments of encounter: The Voice of the Dolphins and Meet the Dolphin , it will be possible to experience the emotion of meeting these incredible and fascinating creatures and learn about their habits, their games and their incredible personalities, from the voice of those who live with them every day. In addition to the dolphins, not to be missed is the Flight of the Raptors , an incredible falconry show, during which it will be possible to see up close incredible animals, such as eagles, eagle owls, falcons, snowy owls and vultures, in perfect harmony and tune with the falconers. During the summer season, the Oltremare Theatre will present the Musical “Emotions” to the public, an exciting show that was awarded last season at the Parksmania Awards as the best indoor show of the year. The park is aimed at an audience of all ages, through its attractions and shows full of educational content. Magnificent protagonists with whom adults and children can come into contact, living a unique experience. Not to be forgotten are the “historical” attractions, such as Darwin , Planet Earth and Planet Sea , which are always able to offer an exciting journey through Time, through the evolution of life on our planet. There are many new features that the park is offering in 2016 : the Flight of the Rainbow in which the colorful parrots will perform; the Rabbit's Den , a very fun game, in which children can transform into little rabbits; the farm that brings together the species that have always populated the rural context of the great Po plain; the Po Delta Adventure Park that will make guests experience the thrill of suspended lianas and Tibetan bridges in a breathtaking path among the treetops; and also the gold diggers' game to discover the nuggets present in the Oltremare river or the "saddle baptism", a brand new area dedicated to the sweetest ponies. ARRIVE TO OVERSEAS BY CAR
Motorway A14, exit at Riccione. The park next to the Riccione exit.
To get to the park from the beach of Riccione, just follow the signs for the A14 or the many signs of Oltremare.
Arriving from outside Riccione it is advisable to use the motorway directly or the s.s. 16 Adriatica.

Oltremare Park Opening Hours
The Oltremare Park in Riccione opens to the public starting from April 4, 2025. It will be open every day until September 14, with the exception of the following dates: April 7 and 14, May 5. After this date, the park will remain open on weekends until November 2, 2025.

What are the attractions of the Oltremare Park?
KNOW THE DOLPHINS
A moment dedicated to knowledge, awareness and encounter with dolphins. You will meet our trainers and describe the interaction with the animals.
The sessions will be marked by 3 different denominations (ENERGY, GAME, SOCIALITY) based on the nature of the behaviors carried out by the animals involved in them.
The public will be able to attend sessions of a different nature, receiving information about the behaviors that dolphins carry out at different stages of their lives, but also about management techniques that use those who take care of them in facilities in a controlled environment such as Oltremare.
PLANET EARTH
The explosion of life. Certainly the most exciting attraction in the Park. Located at level 28.00, it is a walk through through four distinct rooms that want to tell the origin of the Earth. It starts with a three-dimensional movie on the Big Bang and continues on foot in other eras: the explosion of life, the fall of the meteorite that extinguished the dinosaurs until the melting of ice, and then ended with the modern era. In the rooms you can try special effects of all kinds: temperature, sounds, lights, wind, etc.
DARWIN
The garden of evolution. The attraction, located in the most futuristic structure of the Park, is a reproduction of the evolution of the natural environment during the first millions of years of the Earth. A path accompanies visitors through fumes, woods, lava, caves, dinosaur eggs (and excrement), insect nests, adventurous passages and alligators. The theming is one of the best on the Italian scene.
HIPPOCAMPUS
Bizarre horses. And basically an exhibition of seahorses, through a dozen aquariums located inside the geoid. It is fascinating to see all the species of seahorses (which, let us remember, are fish to all effects), from the smallest to the great dragon. A peculiar kind of seahorses that are perfectly camouflaged in the environment, given that they have the shape of an alga. In the geoid it is necessary to speak in a low voice and take pictures without a flash, since the sea horses are very susceptible fishes. It is forbidden to tap the aquariums with your fingers.
PLANET SEA
Giants in the Adriatic. In the three levels of the central structure it is possible to observe full-scale reproductions of sharks, fin whales, rays, sunfishes etc. Be careful: a shark wanders in the area; watch your feet!
DELTA
Water lands. And the reproduction of the Po delta, habitat of many marine species. The area also includes the typical vegetation, the local fauna and the fishermen's huts. Unfortunately some details are not yet ready for the 2004 season, but in the meantime it is possible to observe the Sea Turtle Recovery Center.
