*PLEASE NOTE: Official admission to the Accademia Gallery in Florence: Adults (18+) €20.00 | Reduced (EU citizens aged 18-25) €2.00 | Free (children under 18; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket). Additional fees include ticket purchase, agency booking fees, customer service, and the mobile audio guide.
Important information
- You must arrive at the meeting point by the indicated check-in time.
- In the event of a delay, you will not be able to obtain a timed entry ticket or access the museum. In the event of a late cancellation, no refunds or changes to your entry time will be provided.
- To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to provide, for all participants:
- name;
- surname;
- valid mobile number, which must be able to receive communications during the stay in Italy;
- email address, which the customer must be able to check during their stay in Italy.
- If even one of the required information is missing, the reservation cannot be considered confirmed.
- The advance booking service allows you to avoid the long entrance queue or the general access queue.
- During peak periods, despite reservations, museum entry may be delayed due to security checks, including metal detectors, or the maximum number of visitors allowed inside the museum at one time.

Drinks inside the Gallery
Inside the Accademia Gallery, only water bottles with a capacity no greater than 0.5 litres are permitted.
Baggage screening authorities are required to remove any bottled or canned beverages other than permitted water.
Drinking is not permitted inside the exhibition halls.
