Please observe the dress code appropriate for a place of worship: clothing must cover knees and shoulders. Access is not permitted with bare legs and shoulders, nor are sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight-fitting clothing, tank tops or sleeveless tops, and low-cut necklines are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must cover at least the knee.
- Please download the Cathedral Audio App as soon as you receive instructions via email or WhatsApp, 24 hours before your visit. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading everything using a Wi-Fi connection before your visit. Instructions will be sent to the contact details provided during booking.

To avoid crowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your booked time . Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry. You'll be able to easily recognize our staff on site by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD" written on them.
Holders of tickets that guarantee access to any monument in the Piazza del Duomo complex must leave any luggage that exceeds the permitted dimensions at the luggage storage facility (Piazza Duomo 38/r) before the tour's start time. Visitors with prohibited items will not be admitted. Luggage storage is free and included in the ticket price.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
- Re-entry is not permitted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Please note that tickets offer a reserved timed entry to the Crypt of Santa Reparata, and failure to match the entry time with the reservation date may result in denied access to the monument.
Please remember that the ticket for the Crypt of Santa Reparata is a combined ticket, so it's essential to keep it , as it will be needed for access to all other attractions. If lost, no refund will be provided.

- For security reasons, all entrances to the Duomo Complex are equipped with security controls.
- Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket line , but please note that there is still a mandatory security check to access the Duomo Complex . During peak periods, the security check line may take approximately 10-15 minutes.
- The Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies.
- The Opera del Duomo Museum is closed every first Tuesday of the month for maintenance work.
- The Baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the mosaics on the vault, which are not currently visible.
