Voucher Redemption: Meet your assistant at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH , to redeem your voucher. The assistant will be wearing a navy blue uniform with the VoxCity logo and carrying a white VoxCity flag. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time and bring your own headphones .
What happens if I'm late for the designated meeting point?
If you are unable to reach the meeting point, the operator will only wait for another 10 minutes.
