- All participants must present a valid original ID. Photos, copies, or photocopies will not be accepted. Those failing to present the original ID will be denied entry without a refund.
- Take bus 40 or 64 from Termini Station or 64, 91, or 492 from the Vatican.
- We recommend taking the Metro B to reach the Colosseum.
- Free admission for all disabled visitors with a certified disability. In the case of non-self-sufficiency, the free voucher is also extended to a companion.
- These tickets cannot be used for school groups, group guided tours, or private guided tours.
- Arrive at the Touristation Office 15 minutes before your booked time. Do not go directly to the Colosseum. You must collect your tickets at the Touristation Office first.
- Show your smartphone voucher at the Touristation office. Look for a small fountain in front of the office with orange flags outside.
- Follow the instructions provided by the Touristation office. Then, you can head to the Colosseum and Roman Forum archaeological complex (a 15-minute walk from the Touristation office).
- Visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on your own before entering the Colosseum (approximately 2 hours after your purchased time slot).

- Large bags are not permitted and there is no on-site storage available.
