One of the most evocative moments of the visit is crossing the 48-meter-long tunnel , which offers a 270-degree panoramic view of the aquarium, allowing you to observe marine life up close in a completely immersive context.
The experience also includes access to Penguin Cove , home to 16 Gentoo penguins . The environment recreates subantarctic conditions with controlled air temperatures between 2°C and 4°C and water temperatures between 5°C and 7°C, offering the opportunity to observe the penguins up close and understand their natural behaviors.

What is there to know?
- Tickets for all ticket types (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) must be collected at the main counter "At The Top" (LG level of the Dubai Mall ) before entering any Emaar attraction in the mall. After collection, you must present yourself at the attraction with your printed ticket and booking confirmation.
- Tickets are valid only for the booked date and, once issued or exchanged, cannot be replaced if lost. Each ticket allows only one entry, so re-entry is not permitted.
- We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your booked time , as during peak periods there may be waiting times or small delays.
- For experiences included in the Gold and Platinum packages, the Glass Bottom Boat tour departs from the Underwater Zoo (Level 2), with departures approximately every 10–20 minutes and a maximum capacity of 10 people per boat ; times are subject to availability.
- The AED 20 shopping/retail voucher (included in Gold and Platinum tickets and some offers) requires a minimum spend of AED 40, is valid only at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo official store and can only be used on the day of your visit.
- Prices are generally the same for adults and children aged 2 and up, while children under 2 enter for free.

Here you have to:

After collection, actual access to the aquarium takes place directly inside the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor of the Dubai Mall).
Cancellation policies

Access also requires compliance with the following conditions:

- The experiences are not suitable for pregnant women
- In case of adverse weather conditions, some activities or the entire attraction may be temporarily closed or suspended for safety reasons. Refunds are not available in these circumstances.
