  • 1-hr guided tours offered daily between 10:00 and 16:00 (on Fridays, last tour at 14:00)
  • 2-hr guided tours offered daily at 11:00 and 14:00; additional tour on Mondays & Sundays at 13:00

Getting There

  • Bus: Line M15 to Allen St / Grand St or Allen St / Hester St; from there, a 2-minute walk
  • Metro: Line F to East Broadway Station, Rutgers Street and Canal exit; from there, a 5-minute walk
  • Metro: Lines B or D to Grand Street Station; from there, a 6-minute walk
  • Metro: Lines 6, N, Q, R, W, J, or Z to Canal Street; from there, a 10-minute walk
  • Go to the main museum entrance on the left-hand side of the front of the building (down a few steps to the recessed entry way) and scan your smartphone ticket there.
  • Kids under 5 get in free
  • The museum is closed on Saturdays and on major Jewish and national holidays
  • The venue offers a "pay as you wish" admission price on Mondays and Fridays
  • A ramp entrance for wheelchair visitors can be found on the left-hand side of the building. All floors are accessible by elevator.
