All guests must begin the tour at Stop 1 (21 S 5th Street) or Stop 5 (12 N 12th Street) . At these stops, you can redeem your voucher online or purchase your ticket from a sales associate.
You cannot board at other stops without first validating your ticket at Stop 1 or 5. Once you have received your validated paper ticket and started the tour from one of these two stops, you can hop on and off freely throughout the tour.
Exception: Tickets purchased directly at the Visitor Center allow you to start at any stop.
The Bourse is the starting and ending point of the tour, so some passengers may be asked to disembark there .
If you start from Stop 1, you'll receive all the necessary information about any diversions, inaccessible stops, and the possibility of using both bus companies.
Note: The bus stops at stops only upon request (if you let the guide know you wish to get off) or if there are people waiting to board. It does not stop automatically at every stop.
