- Parasailing is not permitted for pregnant women, people with back or similar problems, and children under 5 years old and under 1.10 m tall.
- To participate in the activity, participants must be at least 1.1 meters tall and weigh 20 kilograms.
- Wind conditions may affect group composition for single, double, and triple flights. The total weight of participants and the wind speed at the time of the activity may affect this composition.
- Parasailing involves a flight lasting up to 10 minutes. This duration may vary depending on sea and wind conditions.
- The standard activity lasts up to 1.5 hours, but may vary depending on sea and wind conditions.
- If the tour is cancelled, a new date will be offered or a refund will be issued.
- All passengers are required to present a valid ID at check-in to board.
