- Occasionally, due to maintenance or technical problems, some attractions may be unavailable. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Attractions close at 6:45 PM
- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
- Each attraction is subject to regulations. Please check the rules at the entrance. The Park declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to people or property caused by carelessness or failure to comply with the "Park Safety Rules." Furthermore, it is not responsible for items stored in lockers or left inside the Park.
REGULATIONS:
- The Management reserves the right to close the park due to bad weather or for safety reasons;
- Follow the rules of the individual attractions and the instructions of the staff;
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult;
- Sunbeds are available for a fee until stocks run out;
- It is forbidden to bring glass containers, stoves and barbecues;
- Smoking is not permitted on the pool decks, inside the attractions or in their vicinity;
- Animals are not allowed;
- Report any injuries to the park staff immediately;
- Running around the pool, playing dangerous games, diving, climbing, sliding headfirst, standing, or kneeling is prohibited.
- For safety and privacy reasons of all guests, the use of drones or action cameras is not permitted in the park (unless authorised by the Management).
- Children up to 3 years of age must wear a swim suit (you can also find them in our shop)
- It is absolutely forbidden to wear underwear inside the swimming pools and on the slides, even under your swimsuit.
- Photos and videos are taken in the park for promotional purposes. By entering, you agree to appear in our official content.
