A spectacular dining experience awaits you, courtesy of our chef and his staff. The menu consists of a variety of tasty appetizers, the choice of a main course, a variety of delicious desserts and a glass of wine.
Boarding will begin at 6.15 pm at the foot of the Orsay Museum.
Menu: starter, main course, dessert Drink: 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic water
EXAMPLE OF MENU:
Starters Assortment: Freshly fried scallops, leek fondue, lemon cream, confit sweet potato tartare with seaweed, red cabbage strand Smoked salmon and chopped pink grapefruit with yellow chicory, black pearls, 30% duck foie gras block, onion confit Or Pumpkin soup with red and brown fruits and flower petals.
Main course: Yellow chicken breast, potato fondant and oyster mushrooms, porcini cream OR Cod back, sea lettuce, celery beans with turmeric and fennel, shellfish juice OR Beef steak, potato gratin, red onions and fried chestnuts, bordelaise sauce (€ 7) or roasted cauliflower heads, mixed forest, celery and fennel, vegetable juice.
Cheeses: Cheese platter (€ 6)
Dessert: Tasting plate: Eclair with apples with basil and cinnamon, Ganache with bitter chocolate, Coconut milk and pineapple crème brulée OR Chocolate dome, supreme with orange, blueberries.
