Highlights
The Royal Palace of Madrid, built in the 18th century in Neoclassical Baroque style with Italianate influences, stands on the site of the former Habsburg Alcázar . At 135,000 square meters, it is the largest palace in Western Europe and one of the largest in the world . Although it is not the official residence of the monarchy, it continues to host important state events. During the guided tour, you can admire emblematic spaces such as the Plaza de Armas (Plaza of Arms), the Grand Staircase, the apartments of King Charles III and Queen Letizia, the Banqueting Hall, the Royal Chapel, the Throne Room, and the Crown Room.
The Prado Museum , for its part, houses one of the most extraordinary art collections in the world, with over 1,000 works spanning four centuries. Inside, you can admire creations by great masters such as Velázquez, Goya, Sorolla, El Greco, and Bosch.
Please note that transportation between the two monuments is not included and must be arranged independently.
Itinerary:
Royal Palace:
- From March 16, 2026 to May 17, 2026: Departure at 10:00 am, meeting point at the Julià Travel agency at Calle San Nicolás 15.
- From May 18, 2026: departure at 3:30 pm , meeting point at the Julià Travel office at Calle San Nicolás 15.
Prado Museum:
- From March 16, 2026 to May 17, 2026: departure at 1:00 PM, meeting point at the Goya Monument, on Felipe IV Street.
- From May 18, 2026: departure at 11:30 am , meeting point at the Goya Monument, on Felipe IV Street.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

- Important: Some of the paintings in our program may be on loan for an exhibition and may not be available on the day of your visit, even if they belong to the museum's permanent collection. In this case, they will be replaced with others of similar artistic value.
