- The ticket is dated and valid only for the time slot selected during booking . It is recommended to arrive well in advance of your booked time.
- Children under 3 enter free ; the “Youth” rate is available for children and young people aged 3 to 11, while the adult rate applies for those aged 12 and over.
- Skydeck is billed as a family-friendly attraction, and the Chicago Museum offers interactive installations designed to engage even the littlest ones.
- Strollers are allowed on the premises, and ramps are available for easy access. However, strollers must be left in the designated area before taking the elevator to the Skydeck.
- Skydeck is located on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower.
- The Ledge consists of five glass-floored balconies that extend approximately 1.3 metres beyond the building's façade.
- The viewing platform is located approximately 1,353 feet (412 meters) above sea level.

Skydeck Chicago is open 365 days a year, with hours that may vary depending on the season, holidays, and any special events.
From May 26th to September 30th:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 10:00 pm
- Last admission: 30 minutes before closing
