Please note: Due to government immigration regulations, all participants must present their passport (physical, digital, or photocopy) proving legal residence in Mexico. If you do not have a physical document, you must show:
- the passport page with the entry stamp into the country;
- the page containing personal data.
For safety reasons, access to the river and cave may be limited depending on weather conditions. These restrictions are subject to the guidelines and measures established by the park authorities.
It is mandatory to bring:
- Swimming suit
- Cash (card payments are not accepted and there are no ATMs)
- Access to the Cave, the Tunnel, the Pozas (natural pools) and the River is permitted only when wearing a swimsuit and comfortable shoes.
