Visit the base of the island of Mont Saint Michel on foot; a unique fortified rocky outcrop dating back to the Middle Ages and surrounded by a vast bay with one of the largest tides in Europe.

You'll have the opportunity to climb to the top of the island at your leisure to visit the fascinating Benedictine abbey , dating back to the 8th century.
