- To ensure the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for all participants, please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour starts.
- Meet our ambassador in the red vest outside the building.
- The entrance ticket to the gardens is included every day and includes the musical fountain show and the days dedicated to the musical gardens.
- We strongly advise against wearing high-heeled shoes (parquet floors in the rooms and cobblestones in the courtyard).
- Strollers are not allowed inside the building.
- Access to the building is difficult for people with reduced mobility.
- Photography without flash is permitted inside the building.
- Access to the Palace of Versailles is subject to restrictions: security checks or unexpected traffic may cause waiting times.
- The audio commentary is available on your phone via an online app. Make sure your phone is fully charged and bring headphones for the best listening experience.
