What is there to know?

- At the meeting point, our assistant will give you the app code, along with your skip-the-line ticket.
- You must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. If you are late, you will not be able to obtain a timed entry ticket or access the Museum. You will also not be able to obtain a refund or reschedule your entry.
To confirm a reservation, the following information is required for all participants:
- Name
- Surname
- A valid mobile number (able to receive communications during your stay in Italy)
- Email address (which the customer can check during their stay in Italy)
If even one of the required information is missing, the reservation cannot be considered confirmed.
