These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you and PASS4FUN - FZCO ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading under the trade name Passforfun.com .

2. USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that could compromise the security of the Website, make the Website inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Website or the Content.

3. PURCHASE TERMS

When you purchase a travel package or tour ("Service") through our website or offline, you offer to purchase the Service at the indicated price, subject to these Terms of Use.
Each Service has its own cancellation and refund policy, as described in the specific Service information. By purchasing a Service, you agree to abide by that Service's specific cancellation and refund policy.

4. SERVICE PROVISION

All our services are provided upon receipt of payment. The purchased services are provided in the form of digital vouchers that can be downloaded directly from our site. We also send an email and, when possible, a Whatsapp message with the link from which to download the vouchers.
Since our portal is directly connected to supplier systems, some orders may not be processed immediately due to technical or connectivity issues. If the problem cannot be resolved within one hour of purchase, the customer will be contacted by our team and asked if they wish to wait for the purchased services to be generated or if they prefer a full refund for all purchased services

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Each Service sold by us has its own cancellation and refund policy as set out in the specific Service information on our website or provided offline. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the specific cancellation and refund policy of the Service purchased.
Refunds may be issued in the form of credit which can be spent on our website or to your original form of payment.
Unless otherwise specified, products are non-cancelable and non-refundable

9. WEBSITE BOOKING

We may change any aspect of the Website or its content, including the availability of providers, features, information or other content, at any time without notice. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices, but unfortunately errors occasionally occur. If a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we will not be bound by that price.

All bookings made on the Website are subject to the booking conditions of the relevant supplier/tour operator, as well as these terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking conditions at the time of booking. The booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is canceled or amended after it has been confirmed.

A booking is not complete until a confirmed booking reference is provided, which will be after the credit card issuer has approved the booking and the supplier has confirmed it. Until that time, pricing and availability are subject to change.

Additionally, we reserve the right to carry out random checks in order to minimize credit card fraud. For this reason, before we issue tickets, we may ask you to provide us with an emailed copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit card and recent bank statement.

Remember not to give your booking reference to anyone other than a member of your household. You must take all necessary steps to ensure that your booking reference is kept confidential and secure.

10. SECURITY AND PRIVACY

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any information you transmit to us using the Website remains confidential and protected from unauthorized access. Despite these measures, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access to such information will never occur. We will not be liable for any such unauthorized access unless it is caused solely by our gross negligence, in which case you will be entitled to compensation up to the value of the services purchased by you.
