IMPORTANT: Pre-Game Tours are only accessible to holders of a valid match ticket . Without a ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
The match ticket is not included in the purchase of this tour: it is mandatory and must be purchased separately.
After purchasing, check your email for the message “Ticketmaster via Pass4Fun” with the subject “Claim your Tickets” to redeem your tickets.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Latecomers will not be admitted: anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late from the scheduled tour time will not be allowed entry.
You will receive two emails:
- An order confirmation from Pass4Fun
- One from “Ticketmaster via Pass4Fun” with the subject “Claim your Tickets”
Tickets must be redeemed via the "Claim your Tickets" email in the Ticketmaster app. They will not be accessible in the Pass4Fun app.
