What is there to know?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your assigned time to collect your ticket and bring a valid photo ID.
The average tour duration is between 60 and 90 minutes - if you are extending your experience with one of our hospitality packages, please note that these start 2 hours after the tour start time.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Adult tickets apply to persons aged 13 and over
Children's tickets (for children aged 4 to 12)
Children up to 3 years old travel free if accompanied by an adult ticket holder; free tickets are issued at the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket office (proof of child's age may be required)
All children and adolescents aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 21 or over)
Ticket holders must dress in a manner respectful of local customs

By bus: Buses 8, 81 and X28 run daily along Jumeirah Beach Road, stopping near the Jumeirah Beach Hotel
By Metro: The nearest metro is at Mall of the Emirates. A short taxi ride to Jumeirah Beach Hotel will take you to the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket office.
Taxi service is available directly outside the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket office, directs the driver to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and internal directional signage is available
Private Car: Head to Jumeirah Beach Hotel where secure parking is available for the Inside Burj Al Arab tour. You will be directed to the ticket hall from the secure parking area. A drop-off area is available next to the ticket hall for easy access.

Cancellation policies
Tickets are valid for the time and date indicated on the confirmation. To get a full refund, you must cancel your ticket at least 5 days in advance of your booked time slot.
